Accreditation for the Baltic Sun festival in Narva has opened
Dear editors!
Press accreditation for the international music festival Baltic Sun, held in Narva on 18-21 July, is open from today until 16 July. Accreditation is mandatory for journalists, bloggers, photographers and cameramen. Please send your details (name, phone number, publication and planned coverage) to the e-mail address aleksandra.moorast@corpore.ee. Confirmations of accreditation will be sent on a rolling basis.
Press pass (i.e., festival pass card and wristband) enables you to:
- Visit and capture all the festival events on 18-21 July balticsun.ee/artists
- Participate in one of the “Mojito live” cruises balticsun.ee/cruise
NB! To go on a cruise, a specific departure needs to be pre-booked; each trip has max 5 places reserved for the press.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to specify your preferred date and time, plus the number of people going with you, already when applying for accreditation. Due to the limited number of places, the organisers cannot guarantee that your preferred departure has any places available; an alternative time will be suggested if necessary.
You can receive your press pass during the festival from the information point by presenting an identification document. Press tent with WiFi coverage and power plug sockets is located within the festival area next to the main stage. Interviews with artists (pre-arranged during the festival) take place in the press tent.
- Pass card and wristband are personal and it is prohibited to pass them on to others.
- In case the pass card and/or wristband is abused, accreditation will be revoked.
- The festival reserves the right to reject accreditation applications.
- Press pass does not ensure free accommodation or catering during the festival.
